#AerieREAL love from Iskra: Relax & de-stress

Hey Aerie Girls,

I wanted to share in today’s blog post how I relax and de-stress. It’s part of my personal self-care to take time out for myself and just chill! It’s totally human to have ‘down days’ or days when you’re feeling overwhelmed. For me I listen to how I’m feeling mentally and physically and will make sure I make time to focus on looking after myself.

So I hope I can give you some tips that you can try for yourself, and make sure to comment how you relax and de-stress too – I want to know!
